Partner Program

• You must be a registered VisionAI user with a verified YouTube channel linked to your account.

• You must complete the Affiliate Onboarding Application and provide at least one valid promotion channel (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).

• You must provide a valid payout method (UPI ID, PayPal email, or Bank Account details) during or after onboarding.

• VisionAI reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application without providing a reason.

• Minors under 18 years of age are not eligible to participate in the Partner Program.

You earn a percentage commission on every Token recharge made by users who signed up using your unique referral link. Commission rates are based on your total referral count:

• Commission is calculated on the net payment amount received by VisionAI, excluding taxes and payment gateway fees.

• Tier upgrades are applied automatically based on your total verified referral count at the time of each transaction.

• Commissions are earned in the same currency as the original payment (INR or USD).

• A referral is attributed when a new user visits VisionAI using your unique referral link and creates an account within 90 days of their first visit.

• The referral is tracked via a browser cookie and localStorage entry with a 90-day expiration. If the user clears their browser data before registering, the attribution will be lost.

• Each referred user can only be attributed to one affiliate — the first affiliate whose link they clicked and whose cookie is still valid at the time of registration.

• Self-referrals (using your own referral link to create an account) are strictly blocked and will not generate any commission.

• All commissions are held for a mandatory 15-day refund protection window from the date of the original payment before becoming eligible for payout.

• To request a payout, you must click the "Request Payout" button in your Affiliate Dashboard. Payouts are NOT automatic — they require your explicit request and admin approval.

• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500 INR or $10 USD in eligible (post-hold) approved commissions.

• After your request is submitted, our finance team will review and process the transfer within 5–7 business days.

• Payouts are made only to the registered payout method (UPI ID, PayPal, or Bank Account) saved in your Affiliate Dashboard. We are not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect details provided by you.

• VisionAI reserves the right to withhold a payout if there is an active investigation into your account for fraud or policy violations.

• If a referred user successfully obtains a refund for their payment within the 15-day hold window, the corresponding commission will be automatically cancelled (status: Rejected). No commission will be paid.

• If a refund or chargeback is processed on a payment after the commission has already been paid out to you, VisionAI reserves the right to perform a clawback — recovering the equivalent amount from your future earnings or requesting repayment.

• In cases of confirmed fraud or policy abuse, your entire affiliate account may be flagged and frozen pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referral: Using your own referral link to sign up or purchase.

• Cookie stuffing: Artificially loading referral cookies on users' browsers without their consent.

• Misleading promotion: Misrepresenting VisionAI's services, pricing, or features in your promotional content.

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages with your referral link.

• Fake referrals: Creating fake user accounts to inflate your referral count.

• Paid-to-click schemes: Paying users to sign up through your link.

• Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

• Upon termination by you, any approved commissions above the minimum threshold that have cleared the 15-day hold will be paid out in the next payment cycle. Commissions still within the hold period will be forfeited.

• VisionAI may terminate your affiliate account for any violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.

• VisionAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program at any time with 30 days' notice to active affiliates.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• VisionAI's decision on all commission disputes is final.

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
