01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VisionAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

02. User Conduct & Rules

You agree to use VisionAI strictly for lawful creator discovery and mission tracking. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial traffic generators to manipulate discovery metrics.
Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass security protocols, or exploit verification tokens.

03. Verification & YouTube API Protocols

VisionAI relies on official Google YouTube Data APIs to verify channel metadata and mission metrics. By using our service, you agree to strictly abide by the YouTube Terms of Service. Accounts violating these protocols are subject to immediate suspension.

04. Intellectual Property

The platform, software algorithms, design assets, and logos are the exclusive property of VisionAI Network. Users retain full ownership of their original YouTube content and channel assets.

05. Disclaimer & Service Guarantee

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee fixed channel growth or monetary returns, but we guarantee transparent compliance systems for genuine creators.
